Cinnamon tree is native to Sri Lanka but nowadays you can find it in many countries. It is one of the oldest spices used in India known as Dalchini. In old days, its availability was limited. 1.   Arthritis
Nowadays, people are suffering with joint pains in their knee joint or elbow joint. Cinnamon can help to cure it, if you take it properly and regularly.
Directions-
Take a 1 spoon of honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Mix it to warm water and drink it immediately.  You can take it twice a day, morning and evening on an empty stomach.
 This mixture of water will also help you in digestive system.

2.   Controls Blood Sugar


Cinnamon has significant benefits for people with type 2 diabetes. It helps their body react to insulin, thus normalizing blood sugar levels. It also helps you to incorporate into your daily diet. Just take a pinch of cinnamon powder and sprinkle it on your morning oats or add a little squeeze to your night tea.
Directions-
Consume half teaspoon of cinnamon powder per day to reduce blood sugar levels in individuals with type 2 diabetes.

3.   Control Cholesterol level

Direction-
Mix a teaspoon of cinnamon and a pinch of black pepper to cup of warm water. Drink this solution immediately to get relief from common cold and stomach ache.

Directions-
1 tablespoon of honey & teaspoon of cinnamon and Warm olive oil.
Mix this solution to form a thick paste and apply it to your scalp. Leave it on 15 minutes, then wash it out.
